We realize that our customer’s goods cannot be packed and shipped out, unless, our supplied packaging reaches your filling lines on time. Our endeavour is to integrate into your supply chain, and provide in full- and on-time supplies to your plants.

On Time

We request our customers to give us 3 months forward forecast of all SKUs, and monthly call-up with each day’s quantities. Our stores team works in tandem with our production teams on production planning and control, and building inventory so that our goods always reach our customers on time, and in full quantities. 

We work with multiple contractors and transport service providers to ensure that there is no failure in the transportation of goods. It is possible to get GPS enabled vehicles to track shipments.

Secondary Packaging

Various packaging styles are optimized to ensure both, the safe transportation of the products supplied by us, as well as economical costing.
  • Caps and closures are counted and first packed in a jumbo poly bag and finally in a corrugated carton
  • Bottles are packed in matrix style packaging in jumbo poly bags and/or in woven sack bags. The former is the preferred style of packaging for bulk orders that go in full vehicle loads (FTL), and the latter for part load supplies
  • For pharmaceutical and cosmetic customers, bottles are counted, and stacked packed in corrugated cartons or shippers.

Modes of Transport

  • For domestic (Indian) orders, we work with fleet owners for full truck load supplies, and logistics/ transport companies for part load supplies.
  • For export shipments, we work with freight forwarders for shipping in FCL and LCL sea shipments as well as air shipments including Fedex/ DHL. We are able to palletize and shrink wrap the goods prior to shipping
