1. Liquid Bottles Development

What is product enlargement?

Product customization refers to quickly enabling customers to personalize a product according to their needs and preferences without incurring substantial investment in both tools/ dies and accompanying development times. Addons such as exclusive logos, functionalities, templates, and flexibility with product design all count as different forms of incorporation.

New product developments can be grouped into four major categories: new-to-the-company, improvement of existing product, extension of product line, and new-to-the-market.

Prerequisite and Accomplishment: 

In the below example, Regent Plast started with supplies of 1 Ltr liquid bottle to a customer, and upon the customer’s requests quickly developed 300ml & 500ml liquid bottles in the same shape to complete the family of liquid bottles.

The Result:

With these developments we have achieved customer’s satisfaction and complete the family of liquid bottles.

2. Helping our customer innovate in the dynamic FMCG space


Regent Plast has a full stack of regular liquid detergent bottles in running sizes: 200 ml, 500 ml. and 1000ml.

Requirement and Execution:

A customer wanted to shake up the FMCG market, by providing a larger family pack of 5000 ml at a lower per litre cost. Regent Plast was able to develop a customized shape and fabricate new moulds in the difficult period of Covid-19. 

The Result:

Always given people more than what they expected to get. There is a big difference between a satisfied customer and a loyal customer. Never settle for satisfied. The well-satisfied customer will bring the repeat sale that counts.

We are following four principles of customer service, It’s personalized, competent, convenient, and proactive.

3. Customer Fulfilment

The entire Situation was:

When Covid-19 hit the Indian sub-continent in March 2020, there was a sudden and unprecedented market demand for hand sanitizer bottles with pumps and flip top caps. 


Action of Solving a problem:

Our management took the decision to make new necks to convert our round pesticide bottles to accommodate pumps and flip top caps. There were lockdown restrictions, and most tool shops were closed. Fortunately, our in-house tool shop and production teams executed.


The Result:

We contributed in a large way to provide hand wash and sanitizer bottles to fight Covid-19. In fact, we doubled down, by importing pumps which were in huge shortage, and increasing our flip top cap manufacturing capacity.


The reasons being two-fold:

  1. Foremost, we wished to serve our country to fight Covid-19 in whatever way we could possibly contribute,
  2. We remain highly committed to satisfy our customer’s needs, and in fact, our scope of works starts from our customers’ every changing requirement.

1.      Make Sales Call to market the Company’s products such as Plastic Bottles, Containers, Closures, Caps & Custom Moulded Products

2.      Serve as Link between Customers, Head Office, Factory. Will be assisted with sales co-ordination at Office for back office operations.

3.      Will be responsible for complete client servicing of customers
