Unveiling the Future of Rigid Plastic Packaging at Interpack 2023
Introduction
As India’s top developer, manufacturer, and key supplier of rigid plastic packaging, including HDPE Bottles, Containers, and Closures, Regent Plast was thrilled to showcase its portfolio at the iconic Interpack 2023 event held in Düsseldorf between 4th and 10th May. The event drew an audience of over 143,000 from 156 nations, focusing on vital themes such as the Circular Economy, Resource Conservation, Digital Technologies, Premier Packaging and Product Safety.

Regent Plast exhibited an array of innovative products at Booth G26-2 in Hall 8b, proudly featuring our selection of cutting-edge flip-top caps, dispensing pumps, and bottles crafted from circular or PCR (Post Consumer Recycled) plastics.

Our wide range of flip-top caps uses a hinge mechanism and is created using Polypropylene, making them recyclable. These caps cater to a wide array of industry requirements.
Applications of Flip-Top Caps
- Flip top caps are primarily used for packaging fluids, that need to be squeezed or poured out easily and/or frequently.
- They are found in a variety of industries for many different types of products. This includes food products, such as salad dressings, condiments, honey, and other sauces.
- Flip top caps are frequently used with beauty and hygiene products, such as conditioners, lotions, shampoos, soaps, hair gels, and hand sanitizers.
- Hand sanitizers have become increasingly popular in the last couple of years due to the global pandemic, and for anyone who has used them frequently, it’s very clear why the convenient flip top is the preferred cap.
Pharmaceutical Packaging Solutions
Aside from caps, we also displayed our extensive collection of Pharmaceutical Packaging (Specially certified for US DMF Market). Our Pharmaceutical plastic packaging are made in compliance of USFDA guiding principle. Hence, we are manufacturing pharmaceutical plastic packaging in a Clean Room. We have also considered all our production operations with nominal human intervention to omit human errors and prevent contaminations.

In an effort to assist entrepreneurs Regent Plast also showcased a set of our products that were custom injection moulded to support the vision of Inventors and Entrepreneurs. We showcased the result of such efforts that highlight our expertise in Injection Moulding including Over Moulding, Extrusion Blow Moulding and Injection Blow Moulding.
